Who is Leap Loyalty for?
Leap Loyalty is open to all property types. You do not need to be a co-op or non-profit to participate. Earn rewards on qualifying paid services at your registered property address, subject to the program terms.
How are points earned?
Earn 3, 4 or 5 points per eligible $1, depending on your tier. Eligible spending excludes tax and is after discounts and redeemed credits.
What are my points worth?
100 points = $1 in eligible service credit at every tier. Points are not cash.
How do I move up?
Reach $10,000 in eligible annual paid spending for Core or $30,000 for Preferred. The higher rate applies to subsequent qualifying invoices, not earlier rewards.
Can we combine properties?
No. Each address earns, redeems and qualifies for its own tier. Each registration has one designated user.
When can I redeem?
Once you have $1 in available credit (100 points), apply credit toward your next eligible service at the same address. No higher tier or special redemption period is required.
